Our client seeks an organised and meticulous Interim Senior Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits in the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of various benefit programmes within the Financial Services industry.

Description
An Interim Senior Benefits Analyst, with the following responsibilities:
- Administering employee benefits programmes and ensuring their compliance with legal requirements across EMEA
- Conducting benefits orientations and explaining benefits self-enrolment system.
- Maintaining benefits records and preparing documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage.
- Developing benefits information and statistical and census data for actuaries, insurance carriers, and management.
- Coordinating daily benefits processing and handling benefits inquiries and complaints.
- Assisting with the design of company benefit policies.
- Liaising with various providers and employees to resolve benefits-related issues.
- Evaluating and comparing existing company benefits with those of other employers.
Profile
A successful Interim Senior Benefits Analyst should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and related laws across EMEA
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- An attractive hourly rate (inside IR35 and inclusive of holiday pay) of c. £35 per hour - PAYE only
