HR Specialist
Global Technology Business
Central London
Up to £300 a day
Oakleaf Partnership are partnered exclusively with a Global Technology business to secure an Interim HR Specialist for a 3-month assignment.
Reporting into the Global Head of People, this role will play an integral part to ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of all internal HR processes and systems, proactively provide a strategic approach to supporting teams across the globe as well as support on all general BAU activities.
Successful applicants will have strong HR systems and HR operations as well as international exposure.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partner with and provide outstanding service to stakeholders at all levels across the business.
* Supporting, coaching, and challenging line management on various HR matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and succession planning.
* Identifying and nurturing employees through skill development initiatives.
* Lead on employee engagement to include employee surveys, implementing recognition programmes, and promoting a positive work culture.
* Ensuring that HR practices and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
* Assisting/managing the pay review, bonus, and performance review processes.
* Produce and analyse reports as requested.
* Management of various HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, system updates and user support.
* Maintaining HR systems, ensuring the HRIS data is maintained, updated and is reliable to business demands.
* In collaboration with the HR team, manage HR Projects and Technology, assist with the creation of business cases and other project related documentation, as required, with input from key business stakeholders.
* Participate in assigned projects specific to the development and maintaining of technology to support HR business needs.
This role will have a heavy focus on processes and technology so experience with this and a general interest is key.
You will also have:
- At least 4-5 years' experience within a HR Generalist role
- International experience
- Strong HR systems and HR operations experience
- An interest and exposure to various HR projects
