Description
- Directly manage and oversee the Human Resources department.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining high levels of organisational health.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Demonstrated competence in strategic planning and business development.
- Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
- Excellent people management skills and an ability to manage complex HR issues.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment legislation.
