I am partnering with a leading charity that offers life changing services to individuals who need it the most. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team. They will be responsible for providing specialist advice on the full spectrum of Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management and organisational change, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and timely service to stakeholders.
They will also support the HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects that add value to HR Operations processes and stakeholders, improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR service.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment including but not limited to annual leave, sickness absence, time off work, probation, maternity and paternity leave, flexible working, performance, disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
* To support managers with end-to-end formal case management involving sickness absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and probation. This includes taking notes during meetings, assisting managers in producing outcome letters and reviewing investigation reports.
* To build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand current challenges, develop strategies for resolution and regularly monitor progress.
* Review and update HR policies, ensuring they are aligned with current legislation and best practice
* Support the HR Business Partner in undertaking HR projects, taking responsibility for key work streams and project objectives
Candidate Profile
* CIPD qualified or currently undertaking an HR qualification
* Extensive experience in managing complex ER cases and providing excellent HR advisory services in a reputable, fast-moving organisation.
* Experience in stakeholder management, including providing support to managers and collaborating with cross functional teams.
* Proven ability to manage HR projects and deliver process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
