Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading financial services company to assist in their search for a Digital Learning Specialist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create effective and relevant digital learning sources
  • Work with SMEs, stakeholders and sponsors to understand training needs, making sure this is aligned with regulatory requirements and business needs
  • Manage all aspects of the development cycle including needs analysis, design, implementation, review, and updates

Desired Skills:

  • Solid digital learning experience, including creation of eLearning
  • Experience working within financial servces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
