An exciting opportunity, an HR Operations Team Leader / Manager job, within a growing, ambitious organisation that would like to make a difference. Based in Milton Keynes, hybrid-2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.Join the team as an HR Operations Team Leader / Manager and help deliver HR services to the business. You will model HR best practice, establish credibility and trust with stakeholders, and support innovation in HR support.


Responsibilities:You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing a team of HR life cycle support advisors, who provide HR advice on HR, Benefits, Payroll and Learning & Development queries, via a case management tool.
You will be there to provide expert advice and guidance on end-end HR processes, policies and procedures.
You will be solutions focused and have the ability to resolve potential issues.
If you enjoy a role where you are passionate about excellent customer service and can streamline processes and procedures and build a great rapport with senior stakeholders, this will be a great opportunity for you.

The Successful Applicant:You must have experience as an HR Team Leader / HR Operations Manager, who has worked in a large, commercial HR Shared Services environment.
Ideally, you will have experience using Workday HR system.
Ideally, you will have experience in the Retail industry or Financial Services.
