We are seeking an exceptional Talent Development Lead with a strong background in human resources and talent management. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and driving the talent development strategy across our rapidly growing business services company.

Description
- Coordinating Training Programs: Plan and organise training sessions, manage logistics and registration, maintain the training calendar to avoid conflicts, and serve as the primary contact for participants, handling communication and feedback.
- Designing and Facilitating Learning Sessions: Create accessible, engaging training materials, lead interactive sessions on diverse topics, and customise content to suit both entry-level and experienced employees.
- Coaching, Mentoring, Quality Assurance, and Feedback: Provide one-on-one support, mentor early-career employees, deliver constructive feedback, and promote collaborative learning through peer-based programs.
- Administrative Support for Learning and Development: Document sessions, track attendance and feedback, monitor progress, and generate reports to continually improve training outcomes.
- Supporting Business Development Needs: Identify skill gaps with managers, propose relevant training, and create individualised development plans aligned with career goals.
Profile
A successful Talent Development Lead should have:
- Proven experience in talent development or a similar role in the recruitment or sales industry
- Strong knowledge of talent management practices and trends
- Skilled in leading and co-facilitating interactive, engaging training sessions.
- Strong organisational skills for coordinating training schedules and participant logistics.
- Experienced in mentoring and coaching (ideally in recruitment/sales) to support employee development.
- Clear, concise communicator able to provide feedback, lead discussions, and adapt style for diverse learners.
- Proficient in managing training documentation, tracking progress, gathering feedback, and reporting outcomes.
- Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Insights, with quick adaptability to new systems
- Committed to inclusive training, ensuring accessibility for neurodivergent and disabled employees.
