Administrators needed on a growing team based in Leeds City Center

Description
Research and respond to incoming client or participant enquiries ensuring that complex issues are explained fully, using the appropriate written style in line with the client's branding. Ensure email/queries are investigated/answered Ensure administration is processed to internal and external service standards Feedback to Supervisor where standards may be compromised Investigate and resolve any reconciliation issues, liaising with and reporting any issues to the Supervisor or Manager Drive the reduction in backlogs across department and assist in the introduction of new processes to prevent future backlogs better efficiency Ensure that all work is completed in line with our "Treating Customers Fairly" policy at all times.What you needAs with any role, we want to find the right person and we want to make sure you know it's the right role for you too. This means you'll need the following skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills A passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion Demonstrable experience of working and delivering daily, weekly and monthly targets Excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word with the ability to use multiple different systems at one time An ability to identify your own areas for learning and self-development, whilst taking responsibility for your own performance Proven ability supervising large operational teams;
Profile
Experience allocating work and supervising team performance; Working knowledge of PRISM, MSL and stock transfer processes; Working knowledge of the UK equities settlement system (CREST); A positive approach and desire to improve processes and team performance;
Job Offer
Role: Share Plan administrators
Location: Leeds LS1
Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension or Perm)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (Pro rata for 6th Months)
Start date: within the next 4 weeks (subject to clearance)
