Oakleaf Partnership are representing an international law firm to recruit for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their busy collegiate team of four and effectively lead on recruitment campaigns across the firm.
What is the role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor within our Human Resources team, you'll lead recruitment campaigns across our legal and business teams in all office locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both fee-earning and business support roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future resourcing needs
- Leading direct sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other channels
- Managing recruitment agency relationships
- Maintaining the firm's recruitment portal and ensuring data integrity
- Supporting graduate recruitment initiatives
- Contributing to the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda through recruitment practices
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while having the confidence to challenge decisions when needed
Candidate profile / experience
The team are looking for someone with:
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor/Officer in a professional services environment (ideally legal) or relevant agency background
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment
