HRBP EMEA
6-Month FTC
Up to £75,000
Based in Farringdon 2x days a week.

Oakleaf Partnership are partnering exclusively with a global marketing company to secure a HRBP for EMEA on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave.

The role will work closely with the senior leadership team and support employees by providing a hands-on and strategic input, insight and advice on people related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organisation development, training, and employment laws compliancy.

Day to day includes:
* Specific focus in France with local complexities and close local HR management
* Management of the local HR teams by providing guidance and instructions on a day-to-day basis
* Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the global law firm as needed/required.
* Provide risk assessment for specific individual cases and drive the relevant processes.
* Support with payroll issues and ensure a model of team's efficiency with local providers.
* Strategic partner with team leaders to help build effective organisations and drive team and individual performance.
* Advise leadership and their teams on a diverse range of people topics and drive the execution of key people programs such as workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent management, succession planning, team engagement.
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Track the vacancies status for the EMEA region and make sure they sit in the budget.
* In collaboration with the team leads, align hiring plans and drive opportunities for internal mobility to provide career development and ensure the right talent in the right place.
* Providing support with staff budget elaboration and ongoing guidance on staff costs.
* Participate in change initiatives on a group/region level, and drive change on domain level.
* Identify opportunities for improving our local and regional HR policies, and compensation & benefits.
* Represent the HR function within the committees such as DEI and Sustainability groups.
* Drive the collection of the documentations for the group certifications.
* Responsible for ad hoc group projects such as implementing the HR function in new markets, providing market research and salary benchmarking, support with new business acquisition and reorganisational decision.

* 5+ years of experience
* EMEA employment law knowledge with strong knowledge for France
