Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £70,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a financial services firm, that are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, to join their payroll team. You will be assisting the UK & Irish payrolls, and will be responsible for accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.


The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Preparing of all payments, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the UK & Ireland
  • Benefit administration for UK, including remittance reconciliations, processing joiners, leavers and life event changes
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll and tax enquiries
  • Point of contact for third party payroll, benefit administrators, and benefit brokers
  • Full ownership of tax year end, P11D and provide support with PSA reporting
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Main point of contact for employees with benefit related queries
  • Assist with benefits bench marking, analysis and reporting



Key Skills:

  • Have 3-5 years exposure of UK & Irish payroll and benefits administration
  • ADP exposure essential
  • Analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
