HR L&D Projects Consultant

L&D / HR Projects, London 3 days a week, £700-800 per day, 6 months
You'll learning a learning, training and competence L&D programme, which has been implemented globally. This aims to upskill senior & MD level staff within the bank, by rolling out learning courses on risk, control and compliance training.

• Stakeholder management - you'll be leading global learning courses that are being designed and implemented within the senior management/MD population. Therefore, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to engage and present to C-Suite within a banking / financial services environment.
• Leading on multiple workstreams in the L&D, Talent space - creating new accreditations and responsible for the engagement and implementation, which will be linked to appraisals
• Ideally, you'll be an HR Consultant with experience within learning specialising in the risk and controls curriculum (22 modules being rolled out at any one time). The L&D courses which you'll be responsible will be MT accredited by the Institution of Risk Management - this will be mandatory for 13,000 staff
• The LMS is bespoke to this bank but uses WorkDay platforms - usage of this as an LMS system is advantageous

This role is working at senior level, for someone who is a seasoned L&D consultant who has experience within financial services. You will be someone who is able to showcase the impact of new L&D programmes which you have implemented on a global scale. You will need a background in Learning and Development and have vast experience of delivering a change in learning mindsets which impacts a company's culture.
