Do you thrive in an environment that values continuous learning and development? Our client are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to work within Social / Health Care.

Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning across their Birmingham sites. You will deliver engaging and interactive face-to-face training, support coaching initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure colleagues have the skills and knowledge to provide first-class service.

  • Facilitate dynamic, interactive learning sessions that inspire and empower staff.
  • Deliver training using diverse methods, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning approaches.
  • Create inclusive, collaborative learning environments that encourage critical thinking and skill mastery.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced and passionate L&D professional with proven experience in Learning & Development delivery, ideally within the Health and Social care sector. The following will also be beneficial to your application:

  • Skilled in coaching with approximately 5 years' experience
  • Healthcare or Social Care experience (not a must)
  • Car owner and full driving licence
  • Someone who is highly creative when it comes to training, wants to learn and is passionate about making a difference.
  • Hold a training / teaching PTTLS qualification and/or a relevant Learning & Development qualification
