My client is looking for a proficient and experienced Compensation Specialist who has prior experience using both Willis Towers Watson & Workday.

Based in the heart of the city - this is a fast paced global Insurance company. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple countries in a similar industry.

The role will be 5-6 months long as a fixed term contract starting as soon as possible

Key details include:

Financial or Professional Services experience (5+ years clear experience)
Workday experience
Clear Compensation experience
2+ Annual Review Cycles
Willis Tower Watson - grading system experience
Strong excel skills
