An enthusiastic HR Manager is sought after to lead the Human Resources team in a not for profit organisation located close to Newbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mix of general HR operations and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Description
Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
- Lead the HR team in daily operations
- Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Conduct performance and talent management
- Oversee training and development programs
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a HR Manager
- Recruitment experience
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software
