ER (Employee Relations) Advisor
Are you an experienced and confident ER Advisor looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and diverse organisation? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting managers and employees with a range of ER issues? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our clients' HR team.
As an ER Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating your own case load in liaison with the appropriate HR Business Partner, supporting managers with investigations and advising disciplinary and grievance panels. You will also contribute to the review and development of policies and procedures, and work in partnership with Trade Union representatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR/ER
  • A sound knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • The ability to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion
  • The ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload effectively
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to the principles and practice of equality and diversity

This is a full-time, permanent position, of 30 hours with a starting salary of around £37k pro rota. You will be based at our clients' office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
