An exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Advisor, 6 Month FTC, (which could lead to permanent) for an established Healthcare SME, in Bedfordshire. This will suit a proactive and experienced HR Advisor who enjoys managing ER cases from end-end and delivering face-to-face training on HR best practice. This hybrid role is based in Bedfordshire, with the flexibility of working from home two days a week and travel on average four days a month.Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations :
  • Manage end-to-end ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity/paternity, flexible working and change management.
  • Training & Development :
  • Develop and deliver face-to-face HR and leadership training sessions.
  • Topics include appraisals, inductions, disciplinaries, grievances, navigating change, decision-making, and delegation.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel to various locations, including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Essex, and Lincolnshire, averaging 4 days' travel per month.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor who has a wealth of experience delivering face-to-face training on HR best practice.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and case management.
  • Ideally qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
  • You must have a full clean driving licence and your own transport.
