A L&D Partner is required to join the Human Resources department within a high-profile FMCG company, based in Ashford. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies, enhancing team performance and promoting a positive learning culture.

Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
- Handle the L&D budget.
- Conduct job evaluations and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all learning and development related regulations.
Profile
A successful L&D Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D strategies within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent understanding of e-learning techniques, and on-the-job training methods.
- Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- An ability to devise strategies and initiatives that will drive corporate training and development.
