Job Details
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the strategic people agenda for a leading FTSE 250 Business near picturesque Snowdonia.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through talent management and succession planning.
- Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company's culture and values.
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- Manage and lead on change management initiatives
- Take the lead on all Employee Relations as well as any Tupe needs
- Drive the annual people processes (performance review, annual salary review, bonus review, people and position review including succession planning, and employee engagement survey)
- Independently managing and leading organisational change projects by providing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis and defining and implementing communications.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Knowledge of HR systems and metrics.
- Proven experience as an HR professional with track record of handling ER cases
- Track record of delivering results such as developing and implementing new approaches to policy and process or implementing fresh approaches to organisational problems
- Project Management skills
- Commercially astute
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - able to influence and persuade others and deliver success through others
