Description

  • Participate in job analysis and job evaluation exercises.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development of role profiles.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
  • Support the HR team in any other tasks as required.
  • Participate in HR projects as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Job Analyst should have:

  • Proven knowledge of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
