Well known London property development company,Looking to invest in their HR function.

Your new role
You will be working with senior business leaders todevelop their L&D piece, designing and personally delivering training whichaligns with the needs of the business. You will be identifying training needsand developing a tailored curriculum. One key aspect of this role is thedevelopment of the onboarding process across the company, alongside leading onits implementation. The other key aspect is the evaluation of performancereview processes.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess learning needs and implement training as such
  • Design and delivery of effective training programmes
  • Effective leveraging of internal and external stakeholders to support initiatives
  • Manage LMS and records of learning
  • Evaluate the impact of learning programmes through data metrics, continuously updating training materials
  • Develop succession plans for employees in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Manage a Student Work Experience programme
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of an onboarding process and a performance management process
  • Stay up to date with best practice and latest trends within L&D and training implementation


What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Quality experience in L&D
  • Strong LMS knowledge
  • Proven experience of delivering effective training programmes that drive results
  • Ability to measure and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, alongside measuring L&D metrics
  • Commitment to developing a culture of continuous learning
  • Flexibility to travel to sites across London
  • Ability to work with high levels of confidentiality


What you'll get in return

  • £55-60K plus £5K travel allowance
  • 4 days a week working from sites/the office, 1 day working remotely
