My client are a global Customer Insights business based in West London. They are looking for an experienced L&D Business Partner to support one of the fastest growing functions in the organisation, globally.

Reporting into the Global Head of Learning and Development, and business partnering at CSuite level, this role calls for someone who can drive a high performance culture, and use data to make clear L&D programmes that have an impact across different regions.

Key responsibilities/duties:

As an L&D Business Partner, you'll:

• Design and deliver transformative learning programs that equip the global workforce with the skills to excel.
• Innovate learning methods, incorporating cutting-edge approaches to engagement and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify, prioritise, and deliver targeted capability-building initiatives.
• Shape regional learning agendas, conducting needs analyses and aligning with global strategies.
• Manage budgets while ensuring impactful learning outcomes and driving strategic business growth.
