International Payroll Consultant

Payroll Consultant - 12 month FTC - London - Remote/ Hybrid - up to £65,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a well-known financial services firm, who are seeking a Payroll Consultant on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be assisting the current team with processing end to end UK & French payroll, while assisting with projects when required.


The Payroll Consultant will have the following skills:

• Experience of processing UK & French payroll
• Deliver payroll within agreed SLA's, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls
• Manage shadow payrolls for expatriate employees
• Working closely with payroll providers as a third party, to help main relationships
• Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
• Assist with the refinement of UK payroll controls and process documentation

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:

• Minimum of 5 years UK payroll experience, financial services is desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Be service driven, with a high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment
• Must be commutable to London
