HR Manager role, permanent and on-site.
Client Details
The client is a leading Engineering business
Description
- Reporting into the MD, you will have full responsibility for the HR function, including managing a small team
- Ensure HR policies and systems are up to date and compliant
- Provide advice, guidance and support for employees and managers
- Assess training needs and implement required training plans
- Oversee performance and appraisal systems
- Support recruitment and selection, working with manager to identify succession plans
- Constantly review employee benefits, ensuring the business is able to attract and retain exceptional talent
Profile
- CIPD L7 or equivalent
- Experience working at HR Manager/BP level autonomously
- Up to date knowledge of HR best practice and employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record developing effective HR and people strategies
- Commutable to Northampton 5 days per week
