PageGroup are delighted to support a large and successful FMCG organisation based in Derby with the appointment of a generalist interim HR Business Partner to join a busy manufacturing site.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully-office based
This assignment will be circa 3-6 months, possible scope for permanent
Description
- This busy, fast-paced Interim HR Business Partner role will report to a Head of HR and oversee a small HR team of 2.
You will be responsible for partnering with the management team at this busy food manufacturing site and supporting with all generalist people matters such as:
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to management within the business units.
- Manage and resolve high-volume and complex employee relations issues, conducting objective investigations when necessary (Unionised environment)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Support with Recruitment on-site
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Identify training needs for business units
- Up-skill and coach manager to deal with people matters effectively
- Supervise and coach a small HR team of 2
- Support the Head of HR with HR projects and initiatives
Profile
Ideal candidates for this assignment will be available at short notice and have a proven background in a similar role.
