I am partnering with a highly regarded organisation that is recruiting for an HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing core talent processes. This position will focus on talent reviews, succession planning, and professional development while leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs for the central team.

This role reports into the Chief Talent Officer and works closely with leadership teams, coaching faculty, and the broader HR function, making a significant impact across the organisation.



Key Responsibilities

Talent Reviews and Succession Planning:

  • Drive and refine core talent processes, including talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate talent review sessions with senior leaders, identifying high-potential employees and critical roles.
  • Develop career pathways and succession strategies to support employee growth and organisational needs.

Performance and Professional Growth:

  • Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring it supports employee development and drives performance improvement.
  • Design and implement initiatives to foster professional development and career progression.
  • Support managers in conducting effective performance conversations and development planning.

Learning and Development:

  • Lead the creation and evaluation of a comprehensive learning and development program tailored to organisational goals.
  • Manage and optimise the learning management system (LMS), analysing usage and feedback to continuously improve offerings and engagement.

Onboarding and Induction:

  • Enhance and deliver onboarding and induction programs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees, including role-specific training and support.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a Talent Specialist, Learning & Development, or HR Generalist role.
  • Expertise in linking learning and development initiatives with broader talent and performance management strategies.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and talent development tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of EEDI principles, with a track record of implementing effective programs.
