Reward Specialist - Global Law Firm (Hybrid, London), up to £50,000 DOE

Join a top international law firm as a Reward Specialist in their Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model based in London.

About the Role: You'll manage salary survey data, conduct analysis and benchmarking, play a key role in the annual salary review, and oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting. As a subject matter expert, you'll stay informed on compensation trends in the legal industry and collaborate with the Benefits team to enhance reward strategies.

What We're Looking For: Candidates with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (such as SAP SuccessFactors) are encouraged to apply. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service focus are essential.
