Job Details
Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm (flexible and agile working available, with up to 40% remote work)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join the team in the Birmingham office of this leading global law firm. With offices around the world, the firm provides exceptional business-oriented advice to clients in key financial and commercial markets. It's people are central to its success and they are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the globe.
In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the Recruitment team throughout the recruitment process. Key duties include managing schedules, processing invoices, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and scheduling of interviews
- Drafting job descriptions and offer emails
- Managing recruitment documentation and uploading job requisitions
- Conducting Right to Work checks for candidates
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and responding to queries
- Assisting with the onboarding of contractors and updating the HR system
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong IT skills, and a keen attention to detail. Experience with Workday is highly desirable but not essential. Experience in the legal or recruitment sectors is advantageous but not required. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work flexibly within a dynamic team environment.
