**HR Business Partner (HRBP) - 12-Month Maternity Contract**

**Salary:** Up to £65,000
**Location:** Central London (3 days a week)

Oakleaf Partnership is currently recruiting for a prestigious global communications business seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity contract. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide strategic HR business partnering to various client groups.
- Act as the interface between HR and business leaders, managers, and hiring managers.
- Deliver an integrated HR offer across the HR structure.
- Coach internal clients and stakeholders on team building, performance management, and culture initiatives.
- Recommend and approve solutions for addressing performance issues and for motivating, developing, and retaining talent.
- Display good judgment regarding business, laws, policies, and internal/external culture and values.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

- Comfort with ambiguity and a craving for autonomy, with the ability to gain buy-in and trust.
- Generalist HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of building excellent relationships and credibility with business leaders, based on solid commercial understanding and an ability to identify customer needs.
- Strong communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills, delivering impactful messages and influencing outcomes.
- Ability to perform and deliver business-oriented HR solutions through influence, coordination, and individual effort.
- Relevant HR or business-related degree and postgraduate qualification.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience in labour relations.
