As a Share Plan Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the company's Global share plans, ensuring they are administered effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of share plan regulations and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Administering and managing all aspects of the company's share plans.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support on share plan-related matters.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices in share plan management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Supported Circa 5000 strong organisation in a Share plan capacity

- Proven experience in managing share plans in a FTSE organisation - Strong knowledge of share plan regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
