Part-Time Payroll & Transition Specialist
- 4-5 months
- 3 days initially, increasing to 4/5 days per week, with full-time commitment from March
- £300-£350 per day

Are you an experienced payroll professional with a talent for managing transitions? We are seeking a Payroll & Transition Specialist to lead a pivotal project, moving our outsourced payroll operations to a new provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a compassionate organization supporting children and their families.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the transition from our current provider to a new payroll provider
- General HR projects
- Overseeing dual payroll runs in April, with a seamless transition to the new system by 1st May.
- Managing a payroll system based on Staffology data.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Head of People, CEO, and Finance Director.
- Ensuring accurate payroll processing for 110 employees (65 part-time and 40 full-time staff).

- Proven experience managing payroll transitions
- Ability to collaborate with a small, down-to-earth team.
- A compassionate approach, reflecting the organization's mission to support families and children with special needs.
- High-level experience in complex organizations
