Part-Time Payroll & Transition Specialist

• 3 days initially, increasing to 4/5 days per week, with full-time commitment from March

Are you an experienced payroll professional with a talent for managing transitions? We are seeking a Payroll & Transition Specialist to lead a pivotal project, moving our outsourced payroll operations to a new provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a compassionate organization supporting children and their families.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the transition from our current provider to a new payroll provider
• General HR projects
• Overseeing dual payroll runs in April, with a seamless transition to the new system by 1st May.
• Managing a payroll system based on Staffology data.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Head of People, CEO, and Finance Director.
• Ensuring accurate payroll processing for 110 employees (65 part-time and 40 full-time staff).
