Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a well-established UK charity dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in supporting their people agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leaders and drive impactful HR initiatives that align with the organisation's mission. You'll bring your expertise to a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to meaningful projects while enhancing HR practices across the charity. What is the role?
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with managers and department heads to provide expert guidance across all aspects of HR within designated areas of the charity. This fixed-term position offers a chance to make a real difference in their mission.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored HR guidance on a range of people matters.
- Develop a deep understanding of the teams you support, including their goals, challenges, and key people issues.
- Use data and metrics to spot trends, identify risks, and drive improvements.
- Manage employee relations cases to successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams to enhance people practices across the charity.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will be a proactive HR professional with significant generalist experience and ideally a CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent). You will have a proven track record in resolving complex employee relations issues, the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and excellent communication skills to convey sensitive and complex information to diverse audiences. Experience with transformation work is beneficial.
