• Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
• Helping to organise staff training and development activities.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinating with the Marketing & Agency Department on HR-related matters.
• Assisting in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
