Recruitment Administrator - 6 Months (Potential to go Permanent)
- £18 per hour
- Hybrid - 3 days in the office, flexible hours
- Location: White City

My client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional recruitment processes and candidate experiences. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, you will collaborate with Resourcing Partners to deliver efficient recruitment processes aligned with the mission of providing every child with an excellent education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Administration: Manage enquiries, job advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Interview Process Management: Organize interviews, prepare interview packs, and oversee related administrative tasks.
- Talent Sourcing: Support proactive recruitment efforts to attract high-quality candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and brand alignment in all job advertisements across internal and external platforms.
- System Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, monitor recruitment progress, and support reporting and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and external advertising partners to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Budget Oversight: Track advertising costs and manage recruitment expenditures within budget.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with wider talent functions and special projects as needed.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support, ideally in education or multi-site environments.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high recruitment volumes.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- IT literacy, including experience with ATS platforms and Google Workspace (desirable).
- Knowledge of Safer Recruitment practices and policies (preferred).
