HR / Office Manager

A dynamic and growing professional services firm specialising in property management and consultancy is seeking an exceptional HR and Office Manager to join their team in London.

As a pivotal role in the organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting a talented team of consultants, and contributing to the firm's continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to become a key strategic partner in a young, entrepreneurial business with international reach.

Key Responsibilities

The HR / Office manager will be a versatile leader responsible for:

  • People and Culture Management
    • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development
    • Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures
    • Manage performance reviews and training programs
    • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
  • Operational Leadership
    • Provide administrative support to Partners and senior leadership
    • Manage office operations across London and international locations
    • Coordinate IT systems and training
    • Organize company events and team-building activities
  • Business Development and Marketing
    • Develop and maintain marketing materials
    • Update company website and manage external communications
    • Support business development initiatives
    • Provide client coverage and interim support as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience
    • Proven track record in HR, operations, or office management
    • Background in professional services, hospitality, or similar dynamic sectors
    • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices

Practical Details

  • Location: London (Parsons Green) with flexible working
  • Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000
