PageGroup are delighted to support with the appointment of a People Manager for a large, successful distribution business based in Burton on Trent.
This role offers hybrid working of 4 days office and 1 day home per week.
Description
The role of People Manager is a fast-paced and varied role, you will oversee a small HR team providing all generalist HR support for a large headcount at a busy distribution site.
This will include but not limited to:
- Leading and motivating the Human Resources team
- Developing effective HR strategies and initiatives
- Guide and advice stakeholders on all HR matters
- Overseeing the management of employee relations
- Implementing training and development plans
- Managing recruitment processes
- Evaluating performance and productivity
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager position.
