Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner

£24 per hour

Based in London bridge - flexible working.

Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively recruiting for a fractional Talent Acquisition Partner role for this growing tech business based in London Bridge. Over the course of the next two months, the role will be working varied hours through out the week so will need someone who can work flexibly.

This role will be coming in to support the business with some urgent hires needed over the next few months. You will be recruiting for a variety of roles including Content Creators and Content Editors.

This project will involve:

  • Using Breathe HR portal to manage vacancies and candidates
  • Review job adverts / job descriptions
  • Answer email enquiries from candidates
  • Provide hiring managers and HR regular status updates
  • Screen candidates and present shortlists to hiring manager
  • Send online tests to candidates and keep spreadsheet of results
  • Organise interviews - book diaries, send google meet invites
  • Help draft questions and share with interviewers
  • Create way to capture interview scores / feedback
  • Decline candidates and giving feedback

Ideally candidates will have experience of Breathe HR system - and understand its limitations as well as its functionality!

You will need to be very organised, methodical and enjoy your work. As with all recruitment, GDPR knowledge and confidentiality will be critical. You will also be professionally representing the company both in email and on the phone. The candidate experience must be excellent and leave even unsuccessful candidates feeling that they have been fairly treated.
