The Head of People and Culture will provide strategic leadership across all divisional functions and will play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy in this service-focused organisation.

Description

  • Lead and manage the divisional provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programmes for the manual employee workforce
  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
  • Create company culture and employee engagement strategies.
  • Manage talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programmes, and training.
  • Ensure all HR operations align with legal and company requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the company.
  • Implement and uphold HR initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion across all levels of the company.

Profile

A successful Head of People and Culture should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing all aspects of HR, preferably within the services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
