The Senior HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive Human Resources service within the property industry, based in Stevenage. The position involves driving HR initiatives and ensuring all procedures are adhered to, creating a supportive work environment.

Description

  • Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  • Implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven work experience in the property industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR systems and databases.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
