This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape the people strategy in a growing organization.

The Role:

As HR Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to

  • Deliver Operational HR Excellence: Manage day-to-day HR responsibilities, including handling employee relations cases and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Focus on Learning & Development: Address L&D gaps, upskill managers, and introduce structured training programs to develop talent and improve performance.
