Your new company
Hays are pleased to be working with a leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
- Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic support and advice in relation recruitment
- Source candidates and build talent pipelines
- Manage the recruitment process from end to end
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Where needed, manage the relationship with recruitment agencies
- Manage international recruitment ensuring visa requirements are met
- Update recruitment database
- Analyse and implement process improvements
- Produce and monitor Time to Hire and other recruitment KPI's
- Work closely with the wider HR team
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years or more recruitment experience with experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns, ideally within a construction, manufacturing or engineering company.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Demonstratable experience of ensuring "best practice" recruitment methods
- Previous experience of on-line recruitment systems
- Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above to include Maths and English
