This is a unique opportunity for an L&D Partner to join a leading FMCG company in Ashford. The successful candidate will work within the Human Resources department, playing a crucial role in developing and implementing learning and development strategies.

Description

  • Implement and manage learning and development initiatives within the organisation
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Develop methods for measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest L&D trends within the FMCG industry
  • Maintain all necessary training documentation and records
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and management on L&D matters

Profile

A successful L&D Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualified
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry
  • Adept at managing budgets and resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to learning and development
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
