We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Part Time HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, ensuring the smooth running of the HR department within the FMCG industry. Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Supporting the development of the company culture and overall employee engagement.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Supporting the management team with their HR-related needs.
  • Overseeing and managing a company-wide process of organisation development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, and change management.

Profile

The successful Part Time HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in a HR Manager role within the FMCG or similiar blue collar industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrable track record in HR project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
