Description
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Drive and design EVP.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and report frequently on process updates.
- Utilise data-driven insights to improve recruitment procedures and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires.
- Promote the company's values and culture to prospective employees.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the recruitment field.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Manager should have:
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally from a professional/financial services setting and/or agency.
- Well-versed/familiar with ATS/HR systems (ideally Networx/Cascade)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
Job Offer
