Description
As the HR Advisor you will:-
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Manage all aspects of employee relations
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in HR projects as required
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5
- Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within FMCG/Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid ER experience (grievances, disciplinaries, absences)
