Employee Engagement / Experience Manager
North of Copenhagen
Fluency in Danish and English essential

Are you passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace while using data to drive impactful change? We're looking for an Employee Engagement & Experience Manager to join our client in Copenhagen. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, fostering a great company culture, and using data to enhance the employee experience. You must have fluency in Danish and English to be considered for this role.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and implement employee engagement strategies that align with the company values and drive a positive work culture.
  • Use data to measure employee engagement, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, helping to shape initiatives that enhance the overall experience.
  • Analyse key employee experience metrics to ensure our initiatives are effective and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Organise and facilitate employee events, wellness programs, and team-building activities that engage and motivate internally
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure that engagement strategies are aligned with retention efforts and employee satisfaction goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee experience, providing insights and data to support decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, experience, or culture management, with a strong ability to leverage data for insights.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills to connect with employees and leadership alike.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions based on employee feedback and data insights.
  • Passion for building strong, positive relationships and creating a high-performance culture.
