Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading professional services company to assist in their search for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Surrey. This role will be looking after a headcount of circa. 300 and requires someone with experience looking after their own business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full service HRBP role for circa 300 employees
  • Provide ER support for your business unit
  • Support line managers and understand HR needs and requirements
  • Support L&D activities in the design and delivery of talent management & succession planning
  • Contribute to company wide HR projects

Desired Skills:

  • Experience looking after your own business unit
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Solid ER experience
  • Experience of drafting and implementing policies
