A higher education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join immediately. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Description
An Interim HR Business Partner to:
- Act as a true partner to the wider organisation
- Support in implementing a new business partnering model
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Lead on succession planning and workforce planning activity
- Analyse data and metrics to inform business decisions
- Provide advice to managers in implementing strategic and operational business plans
- Support in organisational change projects
- Provide coaching and influence to managers to support in changing the way they operate with HR. This will be implementing new ways of working and best HR practice
- Partner with Heads of department to develop strategic people plans
- Promote employee engagement, analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and drives HR KPI improvements
- Ensures the completion of good quality appraisals within service areas and undertake learning needs analysis to identify to support areas of development
Profile
A Interim HR Business Partner to:
- Previous higher education experience essential
- Previous experience operating as a HR Business Partner essential
- Experience of developing people plans essential
