Interim Job Evaluation Lead to conduct job evaluations across schools in the Midlands

Client Details

The client is a large Public Sector organisation

Description

As the Job Evaluation Lead, you will:

  • Gather and analyse all necessary job-related information to conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout the process.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including school leaders and HR teams.
  • Conduct thorough job evaluations, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Develop and implement consistent evaluation approaches across multiple schools.

Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in job evaluation, ideally in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
