Employee Relations Consultant / Employment Lawyer

£100,000 + bonus
As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will provide strategic and legally sound advice on a wide range of employee relations and employment law matters, playing a key role in driving the regional Employee Relations agenda. Your responsibilities will include supporting specific client groups across both front office and support functions, alongside contributing to various central projects. These may involve managing employee relations matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, litigation, restructuring, performance management, and M&A-related activities, as well as addressing changes in regulations.
What You Offer:
- A legal qualification from the UK or Europe, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law or employee relations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a team setting, while also being self-driven, solution-oriented, and motivated.
- Experience within the financial services sector is desirable, particularly with expertise in international employment law and cross-border matters.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to simplify complex legal and employment topics for diverse audiences.
